At Decantas, we pride ourselves on being privately owned and independent, which allows us to remain personal, responsive and fully focused on our clients' needs. This dedication and our specialist expertise define who we are above all.
Deborah co-founded Decantas in 2026, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in financial and corporate communications. She has worked with some of the world's most significant financial sector brands. She has led market entry, differentiated brand-building, issues management, game-changing media relations strategies and executive coaching.
Prior to consulting, Deborah worked in-house at leading global banks and at a multinational publicly listed global tech company. This experience further deepened her understanding of the challenges and priorities faced by in-house communications teams across the region, providing her with a unique perspective that enhances her advisory expertise.
Linda co-founded Decantas in 2026, bringing 20 years of experience advising organisations across Asia on investor relations, strategic communications and corporate reputation. She has worked closely with multinational corporations, Chinese state-owned enterprises, listed companies and regional brands, helping leadership teams navigate capital markets transactions, strengthen stakeholder confidence and manage complex communications challenges across a range of sectors.
Linda latterly led the Investor Relations practice for North Asia, counselling senior executives on capital markets strategy, investor engagement and integrated communications programmes. She has also developed and led crisis preparedness initiatives for leadership teams across the region, equipping organisations to respond effectively to high-profile and business-critical situations.
We can support you across the region with our own teams and trusted affiliates who are best-in-market. We operate as one-team, one-P&L so you can consider us an extension of your own team right across Asia Pacific.
